Jing is an attorney at Morrow Ni LLP, specializing in business and commercial litigation. Her practice covers U.S. litigation and enforcement of international and domestic arbitration awards in the U.S. Jing brings a wealth of experience from her practice in both the United States and China, where she has represented multinational corporations and individual clients in high-stakes disputes.

Jing graduated from Harvard Law School, where she focused on dispute resolution and employment law. She received honors for her paper discussing workplace anti-discrimination. Jing obtained her LL.B. from Fudan University in Shanghai, graduating with distinction and earning the prestigious Baker & McKenzie Scholarship.

Before joining Morrow Ni LLP, Jing practiced at a reputable boutique law firm, where she worked on employment litigation cases in California state courts. She fought against workplace discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, and advocated proactively for fairness and justice on behalf of her clients. She gained significant litigation experience, handling depositions and oral arguments. Jing also represented clients in pre-litigation matters, including EEOC proceedings.

Prior to her work in the U.S., Jing was an associate at JunHe LLP in Shanghai, where she advised Fortune 500 companies on litigation, compliance, and employment matters. Her clients included multinational corporations such as Apple, Starbucks, and Nike. She successfully represented her clients in litigation and arbitration, managed internal investigations, and drafted contracts and employment policies tailored to complex legal environments. She gained numerous favorable judgments and satisfactory settlement results for her clients.

Jing is a member of the California Bar and is licensed to practice in China. Bilingual in English and Mandarin, Jing uses her bicultural expertise to serve clients effectively in cross-border matters.
