Morrow Ni LLP (www.moni.law) a litigation boutique with offices in New York, Seattle, and LA, is hiring a mid-senior litigation associate (2017-2020 graduation years) to work fully remotely (you can work from China or the U.S., if U.S., we sponsor H1B). Compensation is 200-250k annual all in with 15% origination credit for any cases brought in, 1800 hours annual typical. Chinese language ability highly preferred but not essential. We primarily focus on commercial, securities, and IP litigation and arbitrations in the U.S. and globally. Need ability to hit the ground running, take depositions and argue motions immediately. 

Ongoing matters include an arbitration against google on behalf of an online data brokerage involving allegations of several hundred millions in damages; billion dollar antitrust arbitrations against the largest online game seller in the world; multiple patent and trademark litigations across the country; $30-50mm business divorce litigation in California; multiple securities litigations including several class actions (defense and plaintiff) in Delaware and New York federal and state court; judgment enforcement actions in various state courts, and civil and criminal cryptocurrency litigations in federal and state courts throughout the country.
